3. How to Initiate a Return To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at hello@luvtails.dog request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  2. Provide your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return.

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

  4. Ship the item to the address provided by our Customer Service team. You are responsible for the shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

 


 

4. Refunds Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Refunds for Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
